Dale Porter
Principal Owner
Mr. Porter brings 25 years of executive management experience in manufacturing, finance, program management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering. As a prior executive with the Siemens Corporation, Mr. Porter’s positions ranged from Chief Financial Officer to Director of Manufacturing. Mr. Porter was responsible for several significant programs in both the commercial space and government contracting. Mr. Porter played a key role in the Department of Homeland Security’s first large scale program which resulted from the September 11 attacks. Mr. Porter has managed the construction of new manufacturing facilities, has operated and outfitted several manufacturing operations, and has been responsible for the R & D of new products. Mr. Porter has led several successful business start-ups as well as the acquisition of several companies. Mr. Porter has a B.A. in Liberal Arts, an M.B.A. from Indiana University, and holds two patents for material handling systems.
Tony Vaticalos
Director of Business Development
Mr. Vaticalos is an owner of Tiburon Associates, and the Director of Business Development. Mr. Vaticalos has been responsible for the award of several significant programs for the organization.
Mr. Vaticalos has extensive experience in managing multiple Manufacturing Technology projects for the U.S. Army’s Material Command (AMC) and Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM), including the Rotary wing Aircraft Sustainment Program(RWASP) and the Advanced Manufacturing and Maintenance Program (AMMO). Each of these programs were multi-year technology initiatives designed to modernize the U.S. Army;s Depot Capabilities by inserting critical technologies to enhance capabilities and reduce costs.
Mr. Vaticalos has considerable experience in supply chain management with credentials in programs management and acquisition logistics and has executed supply chain programs at the retail, wholesale, and corporate levels. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force’s Wholesale Logistics Supply Functional Experience Program and holds a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
Bobby Combs
Senior Program Manager
Mr. Combs is a graduate of The University of State of New York, with additional studies completed at Penn State, and the Universities of Maryland, Alabama and Athens.

A retired veteran of the United States Army with over 30 medals and awards, Mr. Combs served as a Company Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant and Sergeant Major for 100 military personnel. He has studied basic and advanced infantry skills and advanced electronics. Mr. Combs has provided on-site technical assistance, and repair support for HAWK firing batteries and Patriot radars, launchers, test equipment, vehicles and shelters. In addition to his hands-on experience, he has instructed both American and foreign students in the theory, operation, alignment, and calibration of Continuous Wave Radar and associated test equipment.
Mr. Combs provided daily readiness and supply posture of HAWK, NIKE and CHAPARREL firing batteries to 32nd AADCOM Commanding General and Readiness Commander. He has provided support to Letterkenny Patriot Field Office, Patriot Project Office, Raytheon, US Patriot Units Worldwide and FMS Customers in all areas of the world.
His support includes guidance and assistance in Recap and Modification of all Patriot Major End Items including PU804, EPP3 Power Plants and 15KW TQ Generators. He has managed the receipt, inventory, storage, assemblage and shipment of all Patriot Modification Kits, PLL, ASL and support items used for modification efforts.

Scott Shaw
Engineering Manager
Mr. Shaw is a graduate of New Orleans University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
With Tiburon for several years, Mr. Shaw has served as Design Engineer, Project Manager and Engineering Manager. While at Tiburon, Mr. Shaw has been responsible for the project management of a $100 million program for the design and manufacture of specialized transmission test equipment for Army helicopters. Mr. Shaw supports several Patriot Missile programs in both project management and engineering.
Formerly with Eaton Aerospace, Mr. Shaw supported engineering programs for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, and the International Space Station. Mr. Shaw is a dedicated individual with excellent management skills and attention to detail.
